The care package will be designed specifically for your needs or your client’s needs. Our clinical team will work in close partnership with the relevant care manager / case manager and other professions, to ensure the carers provided are trained and competent in the skills required to care for you or your client.
It is as important to us to provide you or your client with an enjoyable social life, as it is to provide excellent standards of nursing and personal care. Hobbies, outings and study will be actively encouraged.
Carers will work under the supervision of therapists to ensure therapy treatment programmes are followed and goals reached.
We ensure care packages are focused on maintaining optimum independence and quality of life for you or your client.
